in the fall of 1997 i spent two months driving 12,000 miles around the usa with my beloved dog maya. this trip became the basis of a book, "maya and me: on the road around america" of 88 water colors along with a daily journal. the entire book, journal and paintings, can now be seen on this website under the section "downloads."
